Local suppliers firm favourites at Race Week breakfasts
We’ve been serving breakfasts to Festival punters in this iconic Cheltenham venue since 2009 and have perfected the recipe of great local food, an exciting pre-race atmosphere and a full bar serving Bloody Mary’s, Irish Coffee’s and plenty of the ubiquitous black stuff.
Our Full English, served from 9am, includes Gloucester Old Spot sausages from Martins Meats of Toddington, free range eggs from Mays of Ledbury and milk & cream from Cotteswold Dairy in Tewkesbury. We also offer a Continental Breakfast and Hot Breakfast Baps served on Hobbs House breads.
On Ladies Day, Wednesday 16th March, we’ll be serving ‘The Pendleton Breakfast’; smoked salmon and free range scrambled eggs on a bagel with a glass of Prosecco for just £10.00, named in honour of Victoria Pendleton who is hoped to have her, much anticipated, first race in the St James’s Place Foxhunter Chase at Cheltenham on Friday.
We also have two beautiful rooms available where we can serve an exclusive buffet breakfast to parties of up to 50 VIP guests.
This year, for the first time, we’re thrilled to welcome the 14 metre long Guinness Bar to the Pittville Pump Room which will be open every day pre-race from 10am and post-race from 3pm (weather dependent).
The Pump Room has a large car park, available on a first come first served basis, where you can park all day for £10. It’s convenient location, approximately equidistant to Cheltenham Town Centre and the Race Course, make it easily accessible on foot to both.
