We were recommended to Elizabeth and Alastair by former clients, and met them nine months before their marriage to discuss venue options. They settled on a marquee on a small farm owned by Elizabeth’s parents, overlooking a valley in Somerset. They chose a large split level marquee from a company we recommended, and wanted a traditional, stylish wedding reception for their 150 guests. We helped them develop their perfect menu, including delicious canapés, tasty tapas starters for sharing on each table, and a main course where guests donned a chef’s hat to carve a succulent saddle of lamb at the table.
