The Castle is surrounded by Elizabethan terraced gardens, which are encircled by the Meadows - 23 acres of flat fields with direct access from the road and a adjacent area which can be used for car parking.

A number of varied events are held on the meadow throughout the summer and the Castle team are therefore familiar with all the usual organisers' requirements.

The Castle is about 10 minutes drive from both junctions 13 & 14 of the M5; 20 minutes from Bristol and Gloucester.

The Great Hall (completed in the 14th Century) is licensed to hold 128 diners; with reception drinks in the Long Drawing Room or on the Gun Terrace (weather permitting!) The Castle's apartments date from Mediaeval to Georgian, and can pose as a stunning fortress or an elegant home.

There is free parking for up to 120 cars is available in the Castle car park.
