Lord Mayor's Mansion House
Welcome to The Mansion House, the official residence of the Lord Mayor of Bristol, set in the heart of desirable Clifton. One of Bristol's best kept secrets, The Mansion House integrates the romance and grandeur of the Victorian era with the luxury, style and service you would expect from Bristol's most prestigious address. This historic hidden gem is one of Bristol's most exclusive and elegant venues for corporate functions, private events and weddings.

The Mansion House offers a choice of several sumptuous Victorian styled rooms. On the ground floor the atrium style entrance Hallway with its stunning chandelier leads into the airy Drawing Room and the impressive Dining Room, off which is the comfortable, bright Conservatory. On the first floor are three interconnecting rooms comprising the Guild of Guardians Suite, of which the centre room is the largest and boasts exquisite views over the Durdham Downs.

There are two spacious gardens available, the smaller of which is the beautiful Rose Garden that contains a picturesque Gazebo. There is some parking available in the grounds as well as free on-street parking, full disabled access, disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.

The Mansion House is available for hire 7 days a week and we offer you the choice of having either complete exclusivity or the flexibility to hire the ground floor rooms or Guild of Guardians Suite separately for full days, half days or evenings for up to a maximum of 120 guests. Whether it is a wedding, business conference or private party, you can rest assured that we will work with you to provide everything you need to ensure your event is a success.
