As the starting point of your event, our canapés will set the tone of what’s to come. These incredible little delights feature beautiful combinations such as succulent confit belly of pork with maple glaze, apple and crackling, and fresh cucumber and carrot sushi with beetroot rice, pickled ginger, soy and wasabi (pictured) that will tantalise your taste buds.

Indulge in canapés with a difference like our Psychopomp negroni cured venison loin, a visually stunning Brixham toe on crab claw or a beautifully delicate sesame crusted scallop (pictured). These decadent bites will elevate your drinks reception to new heights.

Theatre tables

Taking inspiration from Italy, France and the Middle East, our interactive theatre tables are an informal alternative to canapés. Beautifully decorated tables are laden with your choice of bruschetta, baguettes or pittas, surrounded by platters of air-dried cured ham, charcuterie or succulent chicken thighs, set beside bowls full of vibrant vine tomatoes, parmesan shavings, hummus, babaganoush or roasted red peppers. With an endless choice of combinations, let us know your favourite flavours to add a personal twist.

Plated courses

Our dishes champion the incredible ingredients and combine the most exciting flavours. We love the confit duck salad starter served with yoghurt, beetroot and cumin puree and finished with fresh orange and pomegranate (pictured). One new main proving especially popular is the divine slow cooked pavé of beef with truffled mash, cavolo nero, crispy onions and red wine jus. With so many beautiful cuts of meat, fresh vegetables and delicious sauces to choose from, our team are on hand to help you select the perfect combination.

It isn’t easy choosing between a creamy crème brûlée, a rich chocolate mousse, or a zesty lemon tart, luckily you can opt for a trio of mini desserts and indulge in your favourites! However, sometimes the full-size dessert is just what you need and our red wine poached pear, cardamom and orange whipped ricotta with toasted pine nuts (pictured) is a real winter warmer.

Sharing courses

Help create a relaxing atmosphere by serving one or more courses in a fun and interactive sharing style. Picture boards of antipasti, mezze or tapas to start filled with delicately sliced meats, marinated stuffed vine leaves or delicious manchego with guests helping themselves to their favourite elements.

Large carving joints or pulled meats will be a conversation-starting main course, served with bowls of your favourite vegetables or salads. Finish with a show-stopping mountain of colourful meringues served with fresh cream and bowls filled with seasonal berries.

Sharing courses are visually stunning and can be delivered in a way that fits with the atmosphere of your event. Talk to our team to find your perfect combination.

Evening food

Evening food is always well received, especially after a few drinks! Whether you want to indulge in a heartily filled pie, beautifully seasoned kebabs or moreish maple smoked back bacon baps, our chefs have it covered.
